NORFOLK, Va. — Tanner Hall doesn’t have an electric triple-digit fastball or a wipeout breaking ball. He’s not going to be featured in a Pitching Ninja Twitter clip. Yet, the Southern Mississippi righthander is electrifying to watch pitch as he breaks the will of opposing hitters.
