NORFOLK, Va. — Tanner Hall doesn’t have an electric triple-digit fastball or a wipeout breaking ball. He’s not going to be featured in a Pitching Ninja Twitter clip. Yet, the Southern Mississippi righthander is electrifying to watch pitch as he breaks the will of opposing hitters.
Hall’s method of attacking hitters isn’t anything new. In fact, it’s a bit of a throwback.
