The 26th game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 took place between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. It was a low-scoring thriller that saw batters of both teams getting tested but in the end, it was the KL Rahul-led side who held their nerves and won the game by 10 runs.
Asked to bat first, LSG had a slow start as Trent Boult and Sandeep Sharma tested their openers. But after assessing the conditions KL Rahul (39) and Kayle Mayers (51) stitched 82 runs for the opening partnership. But after that, they didn’t get going as they lost wickets in clusters.
