According to recent reports from Cricbuzz, it has been suggested that the upcoming Test matches between India and the West Indies will be hosted in Dominica and Trinidad.
The tentative schedule, shared among Cricket West Indies (CWI), indicates that Barbados, Trinidad, and Guyana will host the six limited-overs matches, consisting of three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).

Also, the final two T20Is are scheduled to take place in Florida, USA. The series is expected to commence on July 12 and conclude on August 13, with the Indian team likely to depart for the Caribbean on July 5-6.
Formal dates for the matches will be announced once the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) finalizes the schedule. Although the agreement for the two additional T20Is has not been officially signed between the boards, it is expected to be formalized in the coming days during the World Test Championship final in London, where representatives from the BCCI and CWI will convene.
Viacom18 acquires the digital rights for West Indies vs India series
Cricbuzz initially reported the possibility of India playing two additional T20Is alongside the eight matches already scheduled in the Future Tours Programme (FTP), which includes two Tests, three ODIs, and three T20Is, on March 25.
In terms of broadcasting rights, Viacom18 has acquired the digital rights for the series and will stream the matches for free on Jio Cinema. Viacom18 has previously served as the digital platform for IPL 2023.
Dream Sports, the promoters of FanCode and the rights holders for Cricket West Indies bilateral matches has sub-licensed the digital content to Viacom18. Additionally, Dream Sports is currently negotiating a deal with national broadcaster Prasar Bharati for linear rights. DD Sports will continue to broadcast the games on television, maintaining the arrangement established between the two parties last year.
“We are working on various arrangements for the series. While the matches will be available on FanCode, we may also share the content with a couple of other platforms, both linear and digital,” stated a representative from Dream Sports.
As fans eagerly await the confirmation of the schedule and venues for the India-West Indies Test matches, the anticipation continues to build for the upcoming series, which is set to showcase some exhilarating cricketing encounters between the two nations.
