Speaking about Afghanistan, Hasmatullah Shahidi is set to lead the Afghans in this ODI series after Mohammad Nabi stepped down as the white-ball skipper after the T20 World Cup. Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Fazalhaq Farooqi, Noor Ahmad and Rahmanullah Gurbaz who played in the IPL are back in national colors. Dasun Shanaka will lead the Sri Lankan team in the ODI series. The Asia Cup win last year remains his biggest achievement as Sri Lankan captain.
