Pakistan World Cup Schedule 2023: Full Schedule With PDF, Match List, Time Table, Date, Venue, and Time. The ICC World Cup 2023 schedule was released last week with all teams given their allocations for the mega event. The Men in Green will kick off their World Cup campaign by playing back-to-back games against the qualifiers on October 6 and October 12 in Hyderabad.

The World Cup will be played in 10 venues with The Men in Green playing their league games in five of them. The big India-Pakistan match will be played in Ahmedabad on October 15. The Men in Green requested a change of venue for this particular game which was dismissed by the BCCI and the ICC. The Men in Green are likely to meet their arch-rivals five teams including a potential semi-final or final clash in the World Cup.

The World Cup will be played in the round-robin format with all teams playing against each other once in the league stage. The top four teams at the end of the round-robin stage will qualify for the semi-finals. The winners of the two subsequent semi-finals will contest in the final, where the champion will be crowned.

The Men in Green won the World Cup only once in 1992. Since then, they made the final only once in 1999 losing the final to Australia. Since then, the Men in Green are yet to make a 50-over World Cup final. In the T20 World Cup, they lost to Australia in the final of 2021 and lost to England in the final of 2022.

The World Cup will be played across 46 days and across 10 venues in India. Along with Ahmedabad, the other host cities include Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Dharamsala, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Pune. This is the first time, India is hosting a World Cup event unanimously. Previously in 1987, 1996, and 2011, they were the co-hosts along with The Men in Green, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

The India-Pakistan clash will be played in Ahmedabad on October 15 at the Narendra Modi stadium. The venue will host more than 120, 000 spectators making the game a grand occasion.

After they play India on October 15, The Men in Green will play the likes of Australia, Afghanistan, England, New Zealand, Bangladesh, and South Africa.
