SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Turner Spoljaric wasn’t supposed to be in this situation, not yet at least.
The talented Oregon righthander is expected to be a big piece of the Ducks’ future, but Saturday night in Scottsdale Stadium, it was about the present and head coach Mark Wasikowski turned to Spoljaric to start the Pac-12 Tournament championship game against Arizona.
