Former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan has claimed that the Gujarat Titans (GT) will triumph in the Indian Premier League (IPL) final against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). He has claimed that, as a Gujarati, he supports the GT and feels they have what it takes to win the championship.
Some may regard Pathan’s prediction as audacious, given that CSK has been a dominant force in the IPL, having won four titles in the past. However, with a solid team of excellent players, the GT has also done admirably this season, making it a challenging competition.

Irfan Pathan stated on Star Sports’ Cricket Live, “Quality-wise, Gujarat Titans are far ahead of CSK in the bowling department.” Gujarat Titans lead in man-to-man marking.”
“But it will be an emotional match between CSK and GT. I am a Gujarati and will want GT to win, but my feelings are inclined towards MS Dhoni. There’s still no clarity on whether he’ll play next year. Because of the Dhoni factor, the heart is backing CSK” Irfan Pathan added.
In the final, the Chennai Super Kings will face the Gujarat Titans.
