England’s Harry Brook was dismissed for just four runs with his side chasing 371 runs to win the second Ashes Test at Lord’s. At the start of day four, the hosts needed 257 more runs to win the second Test. Brook was dismissed by Australian skipper Pat Cummins.
Cummins castled Brook to cut short his innings. Soon Jonny Bairstow was also dismissed through a controversial run out to add one more moment in the Lord’s Test match. England however, have their skipper batting on past 50.

Former England skipper Eoin Morgan shared his opinion on Harry Brook after his dismissal on day 5. Brook scored a half-century in the first innings but managed to score just four runs in the second innings.
Harry Brook Will Learn As The Series Goes On: Eoin Morgan
“Harry Brook pushed the button a bit too early in the first innings. He is a hugely talented player as we have seen in Test cricket and has all the shots. But the skill is to choose when to hit the shot. He can learn as the series goes on as the other players have shown,” said Morgan on Sky Sports.

Morgan added that it was a beautiful delivery from Cummins to clean up Harry Brook after he dismissed Joe Root in the same over which was the 13th of the England innings.
“It was an excellent delivery to get Brook and it held up the slope so you can totally understand why he played the line. But I have to say good bowling and that too early in his innings,” Morgan added.
Former England skipper Kevin Pietersen said that Brook has not been able to get himself secured against the short-pitched bowling by the Australian bowlers.
“If we are the captains of Australia and we have seen the way he (Brook) has had flaps at the short ball and the way he has defended it, it hasn’t been too secure. I agree with Morgan that he (Cummins) could have easily tested him with a Bumper there. But it was genius bowling,” said Pietersen.
England needed 257 runs to win at Lord’s while Australia had six wickets at the start of day 5. Australia are leading the five-match series 1-0 after their first Test win at Edgbaston.
